WORK EXPERIENCE

Over the last seven years I have worked as a private chef for 3 high end clients. This includes menu and nutritional planning for short and long terms. Meeting with doctors to discuss nutritional requirements, creating vendor supply chains of 100% organic ingredients in the US and in different countries, creating special menus for different family and staff members, maintaining a journal of preferences and allergens, introducing medicinal plants as alternatives to prescription medicine, researching for specific ingredients, creating and maintaining extensive vacuum sealed frozen meals libraries, maintaining fridge and pantry inventories.
